I sell real estate for a living.
But more than that, I live real estate and have been for more than 25 years. That's a long time.
Yet I find every day is new and exciting and another chance to help a nice person find their dream or solve their problem. (And make a decent living along the way.)
Because I have my head in real estate almost every minute of every day (I have had real estate dreams!) I see, read, experience and think about things that the average person (and probably the average agent) never does.
And that's what this blog is all about. It's your window into my head which is a window into the world of real estate, especially in the Metro-Milwaukee Area.
It is your short cut to real estate knowledge and wisdom! (Perhaps a bit of an exaggeration but you get the idea.)
And, because it's already getting stuffy in here, I'll throw in a little of the wild, the wacky, the weird and the wonderful in the world of real estate. Just to keep it fresh for you and me. I promise none of it will begin, " A real estate agent walks into a bar..."
